Internationally experienced consultant and facilitator with a knack for inspiring change and with a desire to make a difference. She is admired for her practical ability to create learning environments where people feel safe and are challenged to step outside their comfort zones. Her greatest inspiration comes from “witnessing the energy and passion people feel when they have an insight and awareness that leads to change”. Inspiring people to apply these insights to all aspects of their life is a key component of her holistic approach to learning.
Her extensive experience over 25 years encompasses work with a broad range of multi-national organisations, commercial businesses and government departments. Spanning sectors as diverse as automotive, utilities, manufacturing, professional services, finance, and retail to name a few. This cross-fertilisation of experience provides her with a unique approach to Learning & Development. Her passion for learning extends into her personal and professional development where she has particular pride in having obtained her Masters in Management Learning while based in the UK. Establishing Learning Ventures in 2011 enabled her to approach clients’ needs and visions with more flexibility and creativity. Her infectious energy and steadfast determination create a powerful synergy between learning and delivering business outcomes.
